I have never received confirmation for my order. I have contacted yourbooksify and they stopped communicating after I gave the, my transaction number. I have since reached back out and have yet to be responded to.

This company is a scam. I have been in contact with their customer service regarding books that I bought. They keep telling me they’re going to look into it. It’s been over a month. I paid a lot of money for textbook and now I cannot complete my class because of their negligence.

After 2 weeks of waiting for my book to arrive, i contacted them asking for tracking information on my order, which then I was told that the book was not in stock and I would be issued a refund. Almost 3 weeks later and 2 additional contacts, still NO REFUND!!

Bad smell was coming from books when it delivered to me. I was not even use this book and thats how i waste money on Yourbooksify.

The book I ordered never arrived and this was a scam

My book was never delivered. I sent emails and contact an agent. No solutions. I never buy anything again because of time constraints. Thank you

Indian scammer site. Ordered a book, never received an email with order number or tracking. So I forgot that I ordered at all and mistakingly ordered the same book again on the same site lmfao. Still no order number and tracking after 10 days. They said it’s out of stock but told me to be patient:) Currently disputing the 2 orders.

The website was a nightmare to navigate, with confusing menus and barely functional filtering options. The suggestions were completely off-base, showing me irrelevant items that had nothing to do with my searches. It felt like the system had no clue what I was looking for.
