Shawn is a great person, respectful, honest, and highly professional. He worked tirelessly on our claim and dealt directly with the at fault party's insurance company on our behalf. When the other party's insurance company became unresponsive and essentially ghosted us, we decided to proceed through our own insurance carrier to obtain the fair market value for our vehicle. Since liability had already been determined to be 100% the other party's fault, our insurance company stepped in and will seek reimbursement from the at fault carrier. Throughout the process, Shawn continued to advocate for us.
