Very dishonest company. They take advantage of people such as myself that take surveys attempting to make a little extra money to pay bills, only to time out after completely finishing one of their long and often exhausting surveys (that are poorly written). They need to be investigated and put out of business. Where are the government watchdog groups when it comes to companies like them????

Wie schon viele andere vor mir absolut negativ bewertet haben kann ich dem nur zustimmen...! Ich bin verwundert das es nicht generell entfernt wird aus dem Internet, also von keiner anderen Seite mehr Auftraege bearbeitet werden. Mein Score ist mal wieder auf 69 Punkte also kritisch gerutscht aber warum....??? Ich beantworte alle Fragen immer richtig und mehr als korrekt aber das gefaellt wohl keinem dort....??? Kann nur sagen Finger weg und sobald ich eine Umfrage dieser Firma entdecke unterbreche ich sofort alle weiteren Aktionen. Den es bringt am Ende nichts ein....ich fliege wieder raus oder kann erst gar nicht teilnehmen...???!!!

Waste of time, it only gives the prize in the first time like if you got the reward you cant get more

Its disgusting because the moment I finished the survey where it says "saving your answers" then it says session is expired. I wasted 30 minutes of my life for nothing.

They really deserve these terrible reviews. Every day there is a problem with their website. I was on a survey website and clicked on their banner. Only two questions were asked, what was my zip code and what was my gender. After responding, a disqualification screen opened and I lost 20 reputation points because "my survey was rejected". I didn't even answer anything. I have also had my account blocked about 3 times and they are responsible for the Points 2 Shop website which, in addition to not paying my reward, I had only done 3 surveys and none of them were rejected, even so they deleted my account alleging a violation of the site's terms. I asked what terms and in addition to not responding, they closed and deleted the complaint ticket. If I lived in the United States I would have already reported it. None of the other sites have this type of practice, if the user actually violates a term, support indicates in the next message which term was violated, they are so "funny" that they just send a link with the site's terms for the user to read and "reflect" what you did wrong. From now on I ignore all Your Surveys panels on the sites I participate in, this is a waste of time, because if these types of problems are not present, you receive a disqualification message on every survey you enter, even without asking questions to check if you have the necessary profile for the survey.

SCAM... they block you from taking surveys, and then ignore you when you ask why.

Prevented access because of quality? Care to elaborate that? I think they just really have a high standard compared to the known ones. It's under Cint and I've been answering surveys from other brands of it so I don't understand why I'm restricted. So I was inconsistent in the different brands?

Blocked for no reason.Also they never respond to tickets.
