i get unblocked and then my payment for a 50 study shows up and as soon as I try to cash out they block me again

Banned for no reason. I filed a ticket and they unbanned me but 5 minutes later they banned me again! Not even worth the fight anymore because this is one of the sleaziest survey sites out there!

Horrible Company. I have used them for years without issue and then in the past few years, they have randomly blocked my account claiming that I use a proxy. When I have explained I do not, they proceed to keep it blocked until eventually it becomes unblocked, but I always end up with the same rep who is extremely rude.

I started submitting tickets when I couldn't get surveys to load or credit. With a score of 112 (100 is the average - you get positive points for survey completions and negative points for failing QC checks) I am a qualified survey user. However, apparently they can't take any constructive feedback and blocked my account. When I reached out, they couldn't tell me the reason for blocking it to protect their survey partners. Not only is it nearly impossible to be successful to earn by completing surveys but the website just decides whenever they feel to block users. They will be going out of business at this rate. Read the other reviews, it's a scam!

Wish I could give no stars. I mainly do their surveys via other sites. This week alone, on 8 different surveys, I have completed the final page, only to be met with a ''survey error' stating that they are experiencing technical difficulties. These difficulties mean that they get completed surveys but are unable to pay out for them. Crooks and scammers.

This is the most scammy site I know, NEVER USE THIS! You fill in an survey of 20 minutes and on the last question they say this is not a match.

This completely ripped me off, I've completed several surveys for rewards, but didn't get paid and saying that timeout!? I've spent 4 hours doing this and still get NOTHING.

As others have reported, surveys which either conveniently screen you out at the END, or just put up an error. False accusations of 'not paying attention' 'entering incorrect information'. The only plus side is some surveys do complete and get reported back for payment, but if a quarter of the surveys are rejected/fail upon completion then this seriously dilutes the payment for the time you put in.
