Hola, opino lo mismo que todos, a mí no me deja hacer ninguna encuesta pero no sé como darme de baja, alguien sabe como hacerlo? son estafadores, trabajas y pierdes tu tiempo para ninguna recompensa, yo ya no hago encuestas de ahí y recibo muchas a diario, por eso quiero darme de baja

Worst survey site don't waste time spending in this site

I do YourSurveys through another site (not directly through them). Despite my quality score showing that I'm above 100, I've been blocked. I've been blocked several times. I lodged a complaint with customer service (my frustration being that my score was above 100 yet I'd been blocked) and wanted to know why. Back came the following canned response, "On multiple occasions, your answers were inconsistent with data provided previously in your profile or during the survey process or otherwise indicated you were not providing genuine feedback". I'm not denying the fact that I may have made some errors but I certainly didn't do it on purpose. I don't know what's in my profile, where is that to be found on their site? Do I even have one? Most of their surveys I don't even qualify for. I will do my best and make improvements if I know what I've "actually" done wrong but I don't know and they won't be specific I've not had these issues with other survey sites. This company appears to have impossibly high standards that I will never meet -and they are not willing to support their respondents. I'm giving up on this site. They are a waste of time and unreasonable. I hope that eventually site that I do these surveys on ceases to host them and deals with a fairer company

went thru survey and session ended without compensation. was unaware on your survey site till survey ended. Polls are push polls

This one is definitely a scam!!! I have been trying them for the past 3 weeks and 1) they lie to you about how long the survey will take (ex: 3 minutes is actually 25 min) 2) THEY NEVEY PAY YOU!!!! You will finish the survey and when you click "finish" or "done" they say that you DID NOT QUALIFY although it just told you that you finished the survey OR has a server error although you finished it!! SCAM!!!

Like everyone else has said. Your-Surveys is a scam. They were fine at first, then they just block me and refuse to answer any support tickets sent. Thought an 8 day reply time was bad, but the non-existent reply time is worse. Like Pollfish, best that you avoid Your-Surveys. Unless disappointment and upset is something you thrive on. Disgraceful..

Horrible company and their CS is non existent. Minimum wait time is about 8-14 days for any reason then they will give a cut and paste answer. A new tactic they are now doing is -5 from the quality score then a few days later you get this -20 Survey Rejected Read questions thoroughly, take your time and provide valuable information to researchers +5 Survey Incorrectly Rejected - Our Apologies When the above happens they will take money from your GPT site (reversal of a survey) but you have no idea why nor which it was. Prior you might get a quality score hit but you would never get money removed as well. Honestly this is about the last company giving surveys (my main bread and butter) on a consistent basis and by the looks of the changes (do one or the other not a QS and a money removal) they may be dying as a company.
