The absolute worst company I have ever encountered in my entire life. They have no customer service, no PHONE number to call, and the average reply time is usually around 7 days with a generic response. They ban anyone and everyone, do not show proof of why you were banned, but claim it was fraud ect ect. I have an account that I do their surveys on just fine on a website, but when I clicked custom surveys it said I was blocked. I contacted them and they told me I am banned for life, yet if I click the router I can do the surveys just fine. They told me my account is very fraudulent and my ban is permanent. Again, I literally have no idea what they are talking about. The lack of customer service, and total disregard to even care about their survey takers is a complete disgrace. This company needs to be shut down. They harrass users, make false claims, and discriminate against whomever they please. This company is so fraudulent I don't know how they are still in operations. I can't wait to see them on the news.

I twice completed survey (0.85$) worldwide. But I never got my money credited to my superpay account

This site YourSurveys do not even deserve 1 star, but since that is mandatory so I have to give them 1 star. I did 5 of YourSurveys surveys 4 months back on NeoBux site. I have kept all the screenshots of the last page in which NeoBux says "survey completed successfully, .85$ has been credited to your account". But in reality I have not got a single cent from those surveys till date. Whenever I ask NeoBux, the representative says, "it is YourSurveys only who take more than 60 days to manually review surveys and give the money. And that NeoBux has no way to reach them to get to know when they will send the results." Funny, being their survey partners, NeoBux says they have no ways to know when will YourSurveys send the credits which has now been more than 120 days. I have completely stopped attempting any survey which reads YourSurveys. Last week, after my repeated insistance, I have been provided a link by NeoBux where I can reach YourSurveys and talk to them directly, which I have done with no result. No one from YourSurveys replied. However NeoBux in itself is not bad, they keep paying you for surveys genuinely. But their survey partners pose problem from time to time. My advice : Completely avoid YourSurveys. Few other sites to avoid are The Panel Station and SurveyTime (Tommy from SurveyTime, their emails read). These sites will pay you in small bits for first few surveys, and then when you start accumulating points faster and your credit increases (to your happiness) , The Panel Station will suddenly block your account stating some vague quality issues, and SurveyTime will simply make you complete surveys and even after successful completion they will show you message that you were rejected. These are all from personal experiences. And I keep reading numerous reviews from users of The Panel Station and SurveyTime under their ads on social media.

I started a survey and answered the very first question and then, all of a sudden, it threw me out and said "survey completed". Wildest thing I ever saw. Then, their supposedly scary flashing yellow light comes on and states "speeding". I couldn't be speeding if I never even did the survey. Anyway, my incentive was reversed which I expected since their "computer glitch" added it. Then the other strange thing, they said "survey rejected". Obviously you can't reject a survey which was never started in the first place. Keep getting the same response from them, you were speeding and I answered them to start reading my respone and answer appropriately and don't call me a liar. I stopped doing their surveys and another underhanded thing they do is deduct from your score when you don't do a survey, which nowhere does it say if you don't do a survey everyday they will deduct from your score. Another instance is when they deducted 20 for a rejected survey and they said sorry but only gave me back 5 points and still another crazy thing is that all of a sudden I got 20 points added for absolutely nothing. This company should be put of business. Without survey takers to do their surveys, they are out of business. So hopefully, more people will stop getting cheated by a totally crooked organization.

I will get some surveys from this group through platforms such as swagbucks, qmee and firefaucet. Let see, underpaid surveys, late screenouts, asking for personal information, arbitrary rating system and awful support? Yes to all for this group. Recently when I had a few surveys through them in a row boot me immediately and looked into it I saw that I was blocked so I contacted them. Long story short the reps will just repeatedly cut and paste a template stating that I am using a proxy/vpn. This is impossible for some specific reasons. When I tried to prove it, I got the same exact template reply and eventually a rep Carol stated that she knew nothing because it was my first time contacting them. I sent a screen shot proving otherwise and she closed the ticket without comment. Reps are about as good in quality as their surveys and rating system. Ive learned since that whenever I click a platform surveys and it routes to yoursurveys, just to close it out immediately and moving on, just like if you are fishing and pull up a carp, just put it back in the water.
