Your SurveysReviews of your-surveys.com

Nombreux sont ceux qui sont bannis pour avoir soi-disant, d'après YourSurveys, utilisé un VPN. J'en fais partie. Perte de temps Many are banned for allegedly, according to YourSurveys, using a VPN. I'm part of. Waste of time

I continually complete Surveys, and receive no reward.I should of read the reviews. Oh well wasted time. :(

Your Surveys has absolutely worthless user support and is biased toward the survey provider. - if you get credit for the completion, the survey owner can still issue a quality score deduction very easily. - if you don't get credit (garbage survey owner screwed up the survey), YS won't help 99% of the time and will claim they only provide the platform. I have several tickets that include this kind of canned response. - I initially got banned due to being detected as on proxy/VPN, which they claim was detected 3 months ago from the time that I saw the ban (i.e the account remained unblocked for 3 months *after* the detection), and I provided proof of no proxy/VPN. They unblocked me. Platform doesn't work properly. - I then got banned for "fraudulent activity" after 1 year and even with 3 separate tickets, they (especially some idiot called agm2) gave a canned response with no actual explanation: "Your account has been banned for fraudulent activity. We take our relationship with our partners very seriously and cannot condone fraud of any kind. Since your account has been flagged for fraud we have no option but to keep the account closed at this time." This also means if you end up getting a survey with a delayed credit (and YS won't tell you that until the end of the survey), then you probably will never get the credit. - Many offer walls go through YS for whatever reason, so survey availability gets worse no matter the wall. Use at your own risk.

Pessimo, sconsiglio! Sono bloccata senza ragione alcuna, invio mail e l'unica spiegazione che ricevo è che sto usando un server proxy. Ho risposto dicendo che non è vero ma finora non ho ottenuto altre spiegazioni. Non perdete tempo con loro

The lies that they say when your quality score is down. They say it's either too many open tabs so I'm taking multiple surveys at once. (Lies. All my tabs are always closed when doing surveys.) The only time more than one tab is open is when I click on it and then it sends me to another tab. I always close that if that ever happens in 3 seconds tops! Other reason, I read too fast. I know I'm not the only one that reads fast. It happens. I even once timed a survey and stayed on every page of that survey for more than 30-45 seconds. At times even a minute if there is nothing much going on in that page at that moment. Still 20 points taken away from me. I have to wait 3 months to do another one for something I did not do!! I never lied period! Another problem, if you have the same constant answers, that can be an issue as well.. HOW! If that's my answer for any question, and it's truthfull! That's what you want and I still get deducted? This company is full of it. I'm not the only person that has this problem. They don't care about your explanation, just your data. Disgusting. In all my years doing surveys, they are by far THE WORST! Please don't waste your time trying to explain your side. They don't care.

I have never received any of the rewards I claimed from Your Surveys. In addition, I have been warned about not giving ‘honest and accurate answers’, but still have a 96% rating. I intend to never again complete any YS surveys that I may be directed to. If any dishonesty exists it is on their side.
