Was using mobile data to complete surveys, then they permanently banned me because they recognized it as a proxy.

Selbst dieser 1 Stern ist zuviel. Warum und weshalb man dauernd "runtergestuft" wird kann wohl YS nur selbst beantworten. Das gibt es sonst bei keinem anderen Portal.

Have recently been penalised with 3 x 20 point deductions for survey rejected. No explanation provided. Attempted to contact support via link to ask questions and the link returns an error. Dodgy as hell

I just answered the open ended question . Totally truthfully , there were no spelling errors, no grammatical errors I Checked and rechecked it and I got penalized .10 point deduction ..no idea why .. this is ridiculous ...failed within no explanation..it would be helpful to be provided an explanation ... if they are committed to qualify surveys it would be great to be provided this explanation. Thank you

They banned me for no reason. I was answering questions truthfully and i read the whole questions.

It doesn’t matter what I write on their surveys I get given a quality score of 69. I had a bit of fun perming my answers but always came up with 69. I won’t bother with them again

Server error, click 'try again', penalised for supposedly having two surveys open. Screener asks what my occupation is (one answer possible), answer 'Retired', penalised for giving an inaccurate answer or selecting the wrong number of answers. Screener asks what superpower I would like and why (duh), penalised whatever answer is given for failing an open question. Support is useless, if they even bother to respond at all.
