A bit strange. First time using the site, I had to answer an open question to start the survey. Had to give my opinion about a supermarket. Answered the question and still somehow managed to ‘fail the question’ which leads to not being able to fill in any surveys at all until the block is gone..
Contacted customer service about this and the answer was that based on the last couple of months, I failed multiple surveys. Speeding, reversing etc. The exact same answer as some people here also had gotten. Besides that, it was my first time using this site so my view on their customer service is already set. They apparently just give the standard answer without doing any research. And I had to wait for that answer a good 6 days..
Not worth my time.

Pays a lot, ok rates and qualify rates, but sometimes lower my quality score
Your-Surveys does pay out a lot, it has a ok qualification rate, but sometimes it lowers my quality score for no reason. Like today, I was doing a Your-Surveys survey and then it lowered my quality score for answering the question CORRECTLY. And then it said "You failed a trap answer question!" which it was just asking me my company's annual renevue with no specific instructions in the questions.. Other then that Your-Surveys is an ok service. And another thing I hate. It's not really optimized for mobile and when you click next it takes upwards of 2-10 seconds to load the next question! Should be quicker! And sometimes it will show a 500 internal error when the surveys completed on the ptrack1 website (the tracker for the survey) Its pretty poor in lots of ways but it is a bit good.

They pay on a few, but some surveys are literally scams!
I have completed surveys and been paid via Moon Bitcoin to Coinpot and have withdrawn funds that have included payments from their surveys along with other offers on a number of occasions.
Many of their surveys however have far too many qualification questions that are often quite in depth, they can take quite a bit of time, they're most definitely useful to them and can be far beyond what would normally be required to see if you fit the criteria for the survey. Unfortunately you don't qualify for most surveys so a lot of time can be wasted for absolutely nothing while their 3rd party customer gains useful insight and they most likely receive payments.
I was however shocked on the most recent survey that was about movies, I went through many pages of long in depth questions about loads of different movies from numerous different franchises, it took me about 15 minutes answering multiple questions about movies I've watched, how I watched them, my ratings for each one, whether I think there's more story to be told, what is most important to watch them in the cinema with masses of answers, how and when would I watch movies if they release another movie from different franchises if at all, what age groups and also which sex I think each movies is most suitable for and even more, then finally when I thought I'd completed this fairly lengthy survey for my promised payment I was shocked and very dismayed to be told I didn't qualify after I'd effectively completed it. On other survey networks I've completed shorter surveys where I've been paid. There is absolutely no way they can justify all this as just qualification questions, this kind of thing is totally unacceptable and this company shouldn't be partnering up with surveys that are effectively a scam. For this reason I don't recommend using them.
Because they do pay on the few surveys you might eventually find out you qualify for I have given them 2 stars instead of 1, but they really need to sort this out if I'm going to improve and update this review. I hope they reply.
Update 17th September 2018:
The problem has shown to be common. I've just gone through 2 more surveys, both with very in depth questions, in fact on both I had to go through various thoughtful text box answers and I'd spent as long on both as the survey was supposed to last. I was absolutely shocked when I expected it to say thank you for completing the survey that it then said that I didn't qualify without any possible way to even complain or leave terrible feedback. These were most definitely blatant scams because they will use my detailed answers and wasted over 30 minutes of my time on both without paying me a cent for my work. If I could now give these 1.5 stars I would, I'm still not giving them 1 star because they do pay on the occasional survey, but they've turned out to be a pretty awful survey company compared to others.
