This site for reasons best known to them has blocked me for several months now. I have a quality score of 100 in Your Survey site, yet I am blocked. On writing to them they are unable to tell me the reasons for blocking me. Infact my communication to them has not been answered - rather my querry closed. I think this is a highly unprofessional site that does not have the decency to reply to my querry. Very disappointing Ranjana

Ladies and gentlemen, I have made a complaint against your surveys and it will be difficult to sue them since we are not facing 2 companies against your surveys. First I registered as any other user, then everything was fine until those miserable ones blocked my account for using VPN or proxy, I want your support so that that company does not continue to cheat with the story of making so much money. Then they permanently blocked me because they blamed me for having multiple accounts. I want them to tell me who was the agent who attended them to denounce them for defamation but I need their history with that company to support me and if necessary proof that that company paid for what it is doing to users. They disable accounts for no reason. They disabled mine and support gave me the flimsy excuse that was using a VPN to hide my location, which is not true. I live in Michigan and I have no reason to pretend I'm somewhere else. Beware.

I keep getting kicked from the surveys without even going into the surveys. I just get kicked out instantly for no reason. Use dynata daily surveys instead if you are using prizerebel or any other reward site. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I got banned for no reason. They never responded to my customer support ticket neither did they pay me for some COMPLETED surveys.

vraiment deçue ça fait longtemps que je suis chez eux jamais eue de soucis mais la je me suis aperçu depuis quelques jours qu'ils m'ont bloqué mon compte mais sans aucune explication , je trouve ça vraiment écœurant avec tout le temps qu'on passe sur internet pour gagner une petite misère avec ces sondages ils réussissent encore a nous arnaquer en nos bloquant notre compte avec impossibilité de les contacter dans l'assistance que j'ai essayé plusieurs fois ce qui revient a nous voler nos gains car impossible de les récupérer par la même occasion j'espère avoir des nouvelles de leur part et des explications ainsi que récupérer mes gains merci d'avance si vous le faites your surveys
