GARBAGE! I LOST 20 scores for "Rejecting a Survey" when I have NEVER done this. I tried to submit a ticket to Support but it get an error "404 NOT FOUND" ..... scam company... I am not surprised they have such terrible ratings...

This company are actually cint.. based in usa and in sweden.. They lie and block you with false allegations, one main guy is called chris walker.. I have built a face book page with over 4000 members who have all been falsely accused by these liars, and we are planning to vist these people . They need to be held accountable, with millions of $$ taken from members and I am sure this money is also not returned to the companies that paid for the surveys to be completed..

Scammy unpleasant site. Very quick to ban or penalise users on a whim. There are many honest sites in this sector, and this isn't one of them. Don't bother.

Worst site They banned me for no reason. I tried contacting them but no use They never read our message nor reply to them. BOTS.

froze my account for no reason and when I asked for an explanation first of all it took five days to reply then all they replied it was an automated message that said please reply for further assistance I did and I got the same reply I am still frozen after making a lot of money it’s a scam stay away

Everything worked fine doing surveys through Swagbucks until about a month ago. I am suddenly blocked from entering surveys, the customer service does not respond (have written two e-mails) and the ticket button returns a 404 page not found error. Stay clear of that site!

I have been using Your Surveys through FreeSkins/FreeCash for some time, only to have my score slowly lowered and a sudden ban. My score was still said to be “Good”, though the ban was placed either way and without warnings. I contacted support only for them to claim I use proxy and fail to give honest answers. A lot of trick questions can be presented with typos and these will sometimes flag you. So while the surveys work, they are quick to ruin your score and get your account blocked with no way to reinstate it. The same can be said for other survey sites, since they reward new users rather than loyal and those who recommend the platform.

Please take heed of the very high number of abysmal reviews for YourSurveys before spending (and by spending, I mean wasting) your time with them if you value your well-being and dignity. All the dreadful reviews here are true. They abuse their survey takers and come across like they're on some kind of pathetic power trip where they seem to actually enjoy hurting ordinary folk who are just trying to earn a little extra in this world. I had twice built up very high scores with them and as soon as I started earning too much (as they see it) they fraudulently decimated my score to throttle my earnings. And once your score is low you don't have access to the higher paying surveys. So here's how it goes - you can earn your way up to accessing the higher paying surveys (at one point my score was over 800, which took many months of great work) but YourSurveys don't fancy actually paying you $3-5 per survey, they would rather have you do the work for $1 or less. They will let you have the $3-5 a few times but they don't like it continuing. So they'll suddenly crash your score and it's laughably obvious they're doing this, plus they can and do randomly block accounts so they can push you out and have new people join who will do the 45+ minute surveys for 75 cents. They're in control so they ''win''. It seems as if they've lost staff recently as their snotty ''support'' associates don't seem to be there any more, you just get a canned message from the male owner. I've also noticed support frequently returns 404 errors now lasting for days but eventually reopens so my impression is the site isn't even maintained properly now. I recently put in a ticket explaining that my score had been falsely run down by so-called failed traps which was totally incorrect (I know for an absolute fact that I didn't fail a trap, I just don't do that) and they responded with a generic response that didn't address my issue at all. I then opened another ticket effectively saying ''please read my actual issue rather than copy/pasting a generic response because that didn't help me last time''. Guess what? Yep, they fired back another irrelevant generic response. Erm, okay, LOL. The funniest part is there are other survey providers that don't use corrupt scoring systems, where you can get tons of surveys done without having to waste half your day bouncing around the same tedious dumb pages that ask for your race and age for the 200th billionth time so there's literally no need to ever use YourSurveys. Stick with Dynata. They are normal and decent and not corrupt. Just close YourSurveys' pages if roads lead back to them, that's what I do now and I'm back to earning just fine. YourSurveys - you deserve to go under and one of these days you will, and judging by the pummeling your reputation receives here on Trustpilot and elsewhere, I hope and trust that day won't be too far away. TL;DR - as another reviewer here so eloquently put it - ''a bunch of asslickers''.
