I had been accessing YourSurveys via the site rewards.com. The standard surveys can be accessed through "YourSurveys Router" and higher paid surveys via "YourSurveys Premium". I had issues with YourSurveys Premium because every time I clicked the premium version, it would trigger an immediate ban. I had to notify their customer support of this issue and they would lift the ban each time, but they would not resolve the cause of the issue. Accessing YourSurveys Router (the non-premium version) did not result in such problems and I was able to take surveys via this method. The customer support told me that the reason this was happening was due to the use of proxies but it is quite evident to me that their security checks for Yoursurveys Premium is not operating in the same manner as the checks for YourSurveys Router. Furthermore, I produced a detailed report which showed by network was not behind a proxy, no DNS leaks, etc. In any case, they continued to accuse me of using a proxy but were still happy to lift the bans. I decided to stop participating in YourSurveys for a while because it wasn't worth the annoyance of being banned every time I clicked on "YourSurveys Premium". A couple of months had elapsed before I decided to take another survey using YourSurveys Router (the one that worked for me). I noticed my account had been banned again and upon asking for the reasons, I was told that I had given bad answers to a recent survey - in spite of not using YourSurveys for a couple of months. I questioned this and was told that they had checked my responses and it was clear that I had given bad answers. If logic serves me right, they must have been checking answers to surveys older than 2 months ago but this was not clear to me. I decided to contact them again under a new ticket and explained I had not used YourSurveys for 2 months and found I am suddenly banned. A different advisor replied that the reason was due to the use of proxies. I asked the advisor if she was sure there was nothing else (bad answers, etc). The reply given to that was use of proxies and nothing else. So was the reason for the ban due to the use of proxies or for giving bad answers? Why the inconsistent answers (or even lies)? Or could it be that they decided to hand out bans willy-nilly? I let you all draw your own conclusions from this. I do feel that this toxic, putrid, vomit-inducing company are full of crap and their staff are so childish that they are still breast-feeding from their mothers. They need to grow up and be more transparent. EDIT: The reason they have had categorically stated that I was using a proxy is due to web security I have in place, namely the simple blocking of pings from outside. Again, this goes to show how evil this outfit is, by UNEQUIVOCALLY stating I was using a proxy without any justifiable reasoning whatsoever. Very much akin to someone accusing me of a murder because my kichen drawer contains a knife. Go to hell, YourSuveys, Cint and whatever guise you come under!

Actually so bad it's laughable. Going round in hoops, accept all, enter details, survey no good and repeat ad infinitum. And they never reply to emails. Never.

Horrible, talked with support. Got half assed responses back everytime. Don't take surveys from them. Not because their services are bad but because the guys/support are down right a**holes.

Cuando empiezas a hacer la encuesta , al rato te dice que no eres compatible y todo el tiempo que has perdido no ha servido para nada , ni te dan una parte del cobro. Poca seriedad, y falsedad en lo que te dicen

Ce site vous bloque sans raison, et ne répond pas aux tickets support. Cela ressemble fort à une arnaque.
