I've just had a livechat with Rumi, and everything was resolved within a few minutes. Very refreshing, after trying to deal with Barclaycard on the matter. They couldn't have been more pitiful if they had been on a mission to be as unhelpful as you could imagine. Thank you, Rumi. You managed in a few minutes what Barclaycard couldn't begin to comprehend. Your Saving doesn't score well, but speak as you find. 5* all day long for me. One interaction, and all done. Barclaycard will get whats coming to them.

This is fraud I used MoneySuperMarket to find a better credit card deal and they stole the details from the site and made 4x purchases of 38£

Never ordered anything off them, yet tried to bill £28.5 x 4 to my credit card. Recorded as Fraud. Seem to be linked to a company that run business reward programs, clearly something not right in their systems

Never signed up for anything and tried to charge me £25. scammers

Useless company avoid this scam, I tried to load the gift card for a specific item, they took the money immediately but then took four days for the balance to show on the card - by which time the item was out of stock. Now dragging their heels on refunding the money back to me.

Just called my credit card company on a panic not recognising the company name on my bill. Google said it was a paid for membership club that I signed up for! Now realise it was for the blue light discount.

I pre pay for my grocery shopping here every month. It’s only about 3-4% off but over time that tots up to quite a significant amount. Dead easy. Pay for groceries on payday, then use the barcode at the till.
