In the beginning there were some issues with the person( assistant) not following up on my case with me but, after we talked that was immediately turned around. it has been a long and tedious process and I am appreciative that everyone continues to work to make sure I am awarded what is fair and right. It is building relationships, not just attorney/client interactions. You have to trust those you are working with to be able to have piece of mind that they are in this for you and, I believe that they are 100%.
