Very helpful

My day and I were in a horrific accident that almost took us both away from here. It affected our lives in ways that we could not imagine. We are still healing mentally and physically from it. I didn’t realize that the bills could add up so quickly. I new that I could not handle this situation alone and needed help to maneuver through the legal process. That’s when I did some research online and saw that Saiontz & Kirk took on accident cases. I gave them a call and they walked me and my daughter through the process of how things were going to be done and what we needed to do to get through. They handled everything. They were very polite and understanding to how I felt and the stress of me worrying. They kept us informed of the progress of the case and I did t have to worry about any paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help with situations like mine. The staff was very informative and answered all questions. I was happy to be able to relay on Siaontz & Kirk to help me and my daughter through.

Louise had a head on car accident on October 18, 2017. Made phone call that night, left message and 1 hour received call back. Gave all documents, pictures to Saiontz & Kirk. I asked how long that this case could go. It took three years for settlement and Louise is very happy with the $100,000.00 settlement. I followed up on all paid/unpaid and Saiontz & Kirk part was to our greatest satisfaction. Please have patience and keep all updates.

Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. was such a dedicated law firm. Even when I thought my case difficult to win, they worked tirelessly to acquire a nice settlement. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Not only would I use the firm again, but I recommend you try them too!

This was my first time needing a lawyer and when I tell you they made the process so easy. There was constant communication throughout the whole process. Each lawyer that I had was very knowledgeable of my situation and made sure I was in the loop about everything. If I ever needed a lawyer again (which I hope I don't), I know exactly who to contact.

Very frustrating law firm to work with. It’s is impossible to reach the claims adjusters. The chiropractor could not reach them. I Would not recommend this law firm to anyone at this time.
