The accident that occurred on February 25,2020. I was on my way to take my granddaughter to school.I was on Loch raven blvd going down a ways and crossing over on a street in front of the Veterans Hospital. I went to cross over on to one of the side streets , I turned my head for a second and before I knew it a car was coming up on the other side and slammed into the car on the front passengers side, which caused my granddaughter to hit her head on the dash board. My granddaughter began to scream which at that time I was scared and very upset.
