More like 4.5. Company provided good service and appeared to work in my best interest. Worked well during a pandemic. My one complaint was more against insurance company assuming that I did not deserve to receive max amount due me because I did not succumb to treatments that could further debilitate me cause increase pain and take much more time. I cannot go back to previous levels of function or endurance but do not want make it worse. I appreciate efforts made.
