The attorney assigned to my case, Katelyn, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. She communicated with me regularly about the progress of my case, and she - as well as other employees at the firm -alerted me promptly whenever there were documents that needed to be submitted or signed. It took awhile to resolve my case, as there was a backlog in the courts due to COVID. However, Katelyn hung in there with me and kept me abreast on where we were in the process and what to expect next. When the case was moving towards settlement, Katelyn lended her expertise on what options I had. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and resolution reached for me and my daughter following our car accident!
