If you need Youcaring usually something terrible has happened. I will be forever grateful for the simple, effective way they allowed me to gather help for a dear friend whose daughter died suddenly. I will never forget how helpful they were when I emailed with questions. God bless EVERYONE at Youcaring. They are angels in disguise!!

Very user friendly, would recommend You Caring.
I found this extremely easy to set up and get going. Their online Chat feature provided was nice when I did have a question....it was also answered within minutes. Overall if I ever needed to set up another fundraiser I would use You Caring in the future.

First rate Crowdfunding platform - highly recommended!
After extensive research I chose YouCaring for my medically related crowdfunding platform. All templates and instructions were intuitive and easy to follow. The interface is nearly perfect and the response I got was excellent.
Anytime I had a question or problem tech support was right there to help, and even made a few tweaks at my request for displaying video!
The only improvement I might suggest would be the ability to add a photo to a written update. That might be a nice feature. Otherwise YouCaring is awesome!

Thoroughly Professional & Helpful / Would Use Them Again
With our youngest son facing 'stage-four' melanoma and no life/health insurance, we knew he needed financial help well-beyond what his family had already given. Using a variety of compelling photos (before/after chemo) and an honest, straight-forward story, we initiated our campaign with a specific monetary goal of $24K. We then set up our holding account with WePay and associated our appeal with FaceBook.
Each stage of our son's treatment (incl. the agonizing struggles with chemo) were documented on a regular basis. Most importantly, each & and every donation was personally acknowledged within hours, calling out the giver by name and letting them know how much their compassion was appreciated, both by our son and our entire family.
As the diagnosis worsened with the two different chemo drugs being determined 'ineffective', we related this sad news through YouCaring and facebook. Our followers continued to respond to each update and, while we had 'lags' in contributions, funds did keep coming.
We ended the appeal by deleting the YouCaring page when our goal was met. Again, we thanked everyone for their prayers and participation. As of this writing, after first being given six-months-to-a-year to live, our son's most recent imaging has shown his lymph nodes to be greatly reduced and the cancer in his lungs showing signs of 'arrested progress'. His oncologist was so pleased with the new imaging that he added 'a year' to his prognosis. 'Something positive to hope for in what is still a bad situation.
Our family has nothing but praise for the YouCaring team. They were selected over other sources because of their BBB accredited rating.
