Don't believe anything they tell you

I placed a large order with them for my wedding and paid for expedited shipping. Not only did the order come late but it was missing 8 bottles, and 3 bottlers were the completely wrong item. When I spoke with someone over the phone I was told they would be shipping out the items. I later received an email that they no longer had them in stock and I could get a gift card for what they do have. I do not need a gift card the event is over I aa refund of the product is the only way to fix this issue.

Yep, this place is a SCAM. I placed my order for: Le Portier Shay VSOP Cognac by Shannon Sharpe (Qty 2). I called, straight to voicemail, no response, sent email no response. They have been reported to the authorities. Update 2/8/2024: I was able to get my money back because I used Paypal. Thank you

I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in September (it’s now January of the following year) and the bottles were apparently damaged in shipping (this seems to be the experience others have listed here). After 4 months of ”communication” or lack there of I was offered a credit, a refund was not possible. I used the credit to order a new bottle and I am now experiencing almost the exact same issue all over again. Do not use this service. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. These people will end up in jail and we’ll see them on one of those greed documentaries.

I guess I have gotten scammed like all the others. Ordered on the 7th, invoice stated that my order would be here by the 11th it is now the 16th and I have not gotten a email stating that my order has been shipped. Called both numbers and used the chat function and have not gotten a response on either. I normally check reviews before I use an online company, but they had the liquor I wanted at a reasonable price and quick shipping. As the say "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"! Update: I have gotten a tracking number, and my items are supposed to be here Friday. But I have read that they get tracking numbers and items are still not shipped. I will update my post on Friday Update #2: I got my bottles almost a month after I ordered them but I got them yesterday 2/1/2024. They were the correct bottles and both were intact.

Seems there is a pattern here, this company is a complete scam. They provide a UPS tracking number but the item(s) are never received by UPS. No one ever picks up the phone from customer service. I filed a BBB complaint and reached out to my bank to investigate so I can receive a refund. TOTAL SCAM !!!!

Dishonest & fraudulent vendor!!!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. They falsely advertise products as in stock when they are not. They take no responsibility for that at all. Once they inform you that they don't have what you ordered, they won't cancel it & refund your money even though the error was their fault. Instead they claim they will only offer a substitution with an item you don't want. Oh yeah, apparently refusing or return the shipment for a refund isn't an option either because they'll hit you up for a restocking fee. Once they have your money you are screwed. P.S. The item I ordered is still showing as in stock - so they can scam others apparently.

This site has the worst service and customer communication. Selling product that they don't have. Emailed service numous times and called and left messages with no return call. The first order took 3 months and it leaked in the box. The last order was ordered Dec. 14th. Finally I threatened that the next call they receive will be from my attorney and they finally emailed and said we are trying to fill your order. I received it today. I advise you to find another vendor for your alcohol. Don't Believe there fake 5 star reviews on their site.
