You know what went wrong
You know what went wrong. You promised it one day then delayed it by another week. Your responsible for the shippers bad choices. If you going to charge premium prices, you need to do better. I'm never going to use your service again.

Just poor business
Just poor business. Pre-order took over 5 months, and still had to cancel order due to purchasing at local store. Seems like everything they touch turns to poo. Save your time and money. They won't be around long.

I ordered an item and was not told it…
I ordered an item and was not told it was back ordered during the ordering process. Had I known I would have ordered elsewhere. Item was not delivered within the timeframe I needed. I finally canceled the order and purchased elsewhere.

The almost never answer the phone when…
The almost never answer the phone when calling and they are penny pinchers, will overcharge for anything they seem to be able to.

Ordered The Macallan 12 1.75 liter
Ordered The Macallan 12 1.75 liter. They sent the 750ml. Won't accept return. Claimed that the image is 750ml, but you can't see the volume. Paid $131.00, when I could have gone 4 blocks up the street at Party Store Liquors for 79.00. STRAIGHT UP RIPPED OFF!
