The prices are reasonable, but it took nine days from order until delivery.

There was very poor to no communication with customer service, until I sent a very nasty email. I had no idea what was wrong with order.

I placed an order in September. By late October it still had not arrived. When I complained, I was told they had no control of shipping delays. The truth is, my item was never shipped. I had to get paypal involved to get a refund. After that, I had to file another claim to get my shipping charges of 19.99 refunded. I wont take a chance of being burned again by this company.

Ordered 6 bottles of Buffalo Trace in June You Booze charged my card and never sent the product. I understand that Buffalo Trace is difficult to get but no one even contacted me to let me know of the extensive delay. I had to reach out to your team multiple times to get updates then finally had to jump through hoops to get someone to help me with exchanging these bottles for another item. Then they charged me $20 extra for the bottles I ordered instead of saying "sorry for your trouble and bad experience we will cover the extra cost". Still have received my replacement bottles of Willet Potstill and UPS says they still have not shipped from your warehouse. I wish someone would reach out to let me know what is going on and when I can expect the new order to arrive. Crazy how customer service has gone down over the past years. Just a simple phone call is all it takes to calm an irritating situation

I’ve had the best experience with this company, there were some issues, but we managed to get them all worked out quickly and to both our satisfaction. These guys are very dependable and tell you honestly give them a little bit of time if you send an email because they definitely will answer you And they will work with you. Had an issue with one of the items that was shipped and contacted them and promptly replied and rectify the problem immediately. So again you can trust these people just give them a little bit of time to get your stuff in line and you will most definitely be happy.
