never was delivered - would not recommend

More than 3 months and I did not received my order or a refund. No one answer to the email or phone It's a big scam

Now that I've read that everyone has had the same experience as me (No booze, no refund), it's clear this is a money grab scheme. Well they got me. Youbooze and You lose... Bastards...

I ordered a couple bottles of bourbon readily available in most states except mine, Arkansas. After a couple back and forths with their customer service including broken promises for 2 months I finally asked for order to be cancelled and my money refunded. Still waiting and it’s been a couple weeks. I highly recommend NOT doing business of any kind with these inept schiesters.

Ordered 10 days ago and have no tracking number. An answer to one of many emails was to wait 5 business days, still no answer. Item I ordered, in good faith, is a gift, so this is not going well. Phone number on site seems bogus as well. Next up will be trying to cancel transaction, stopping payment.

After 10 weeks my order has still not arrived. Multiple calls with customer service, multiple promises to expedite and still no delivery. Requested a refund twice and was told it would be processed, but has never been processed. Reported to credit card company as fraud. Negative 10 stars is my review

This item was ordered as a gift on December 27th but was lost in shipping. Unfortunately, my experience with YouBooze has been extremely frustrating—they have refused to issue a refund or replacement and are unwilling to work with UPS to locate the package. While I love this tequila, I strongly recommend purchasing it from a different distributor. It is not mid-March and I do not have the product.
