did not recieve my order

It is a scam. Do not order from them. I ordered from them on December 30,3025 and after many inquiries about my order, I haven’t received anything from them.

i'm giving a 1 star since 0 stars isnt an option. Placed an order on 12/18/25. Still have not rec'd the order. I've been charged the money and can't get a straight answer from anyone at youbooze regarding the delay or status. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Ordered $185 on Jan 24, 2026. Order confirmation 1 week later. Multiple emails sent by me asking about status update with no response. Customer Service number is not attended during business hours and have never been in touch with a voice on the other end. It is Feb 28th and I am almost convinced this site is a scam but oddly holding out hope. Strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Paid for and never received my order. 7+ emails and ZERO response. Phone number for both YouBooze and Shop Pay go to VM with NO ONE available to help. I just contacted my bank for a refund as I am unable to get one from YouBooze or Shop Pay. What a sham!

I ordered a bottle of liquor before Christmas and never received it. They kept saying it was being processed to ship. Now they won't answer my email about a refund

IT TOOK FOREVER TO RECEIVE. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN IT HUNG UP ON ME. THIS HAPPENEDS TWICE. I WILL NOT USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN
