I believe this is a FAKE review - since I have received no emails from you and you have kept your identity anonymous. Why would you choose to simply post on here and NOT email us about (if true) what appears to be a simple website issue. Courses don't just disappear, unless you cancelled your membership in which case everything would disappear. Update: 28th Jan 2025. I have now discovered who this is . As explained last year YOU cancelled your membership which explains why you could no longer access the online course. Having explained this to you I invited you to re-join the platform - but as at today's date you have not. In fact what you did yesterday was write to me again (using the entire email chain that has passed between us) and complained again that you could not access the course - to which I have responded REPEATING what I stated previously! If this doesn't sink in then I'm sorry but I cannot help further.
