Bought two Nagare pendant for myself and my brother. Each's finish is a bit different and can tell that they're really finished by hands.

I like the piece, a Yuragi bracelet. Fits well and I am pleased with appearance and fit. Only downside is the weight is 38% lighter than advertised. 20.5 grams for piece shipped to me vs advertised approximately 33 gram at time of my purchase. I had used estimated weight for my decision making in the purchase, due the cost of the piece. Received explanation that less silver was used for better fit and comfort based on their assessment of the product. Further communication said that price had been reduced but no proof offered. No confirmation of a prior higher price point. Just their word. So, buyer beware. I requested some consideration due to a product with significantly different weight, but after several emails, no results. Again, I like the piece. Not sure about purchase value with silver content 38% less than advertised at the time of purchase.

Yes, shipping took almost 3 weeks. Yes, the pieces are honestly worth the wait. Pendant is a bit bigger than expected but everything else's gorgeously crafted.

While I had to wait a little longer to receive my bracelet then expected my overall experience was excellent. They communicate wonderfully and the quality of everything is first rate. If you show a little patience you won’t be disappointed.

he Fuboku chain bracelet is even more gorgeous than the photos show. The craftsmanship feels solid and it sits comfortably on my wrist. I had a minor issue with the link at first, and the support team responded super fast to resolve it. I wear it daily now and it still holds up beautifully.
