We rented a Yonder managed house & 2 cabins in Barnardsville, NC called Whiskey Rock June 28 - July 6, 2024. On 3 separate nights in 3 separate buildings the hard wired fire alarms went off waking up babies and adults. Yonder sent out a workman who found nothing wrong with them. This was a major disruption to our trip and Yonder basically said "sorry" and refused to offer any compensation. Yonder only promised to NOT charge us for one broken alarm that we had to knock off the wall because we had no ladder and had to stand on a chair on the counter to reach it with a broom. This was actually a dangerous middle of the night maneuver but we had no choice. I was extremely disappointed with Yonder's callous handling of the issue.

Be aware they selling you not a luxury house for the price of luxury. Then if you have an issues they deny even you have proof. They will ignore your emails and phone calls after they said they don't have any issues. House were we stay was luxury maybe 30 years ago and now had construction and safety issues and I don’t count small issues everywhere. Don’t do business with them
