What can be done to stop this company scamming innocent people? I have no idea where they got my card details from but was debited £34.99 without my agreement. My bank says that I have subscribed to a service (which I have not) and is refusing to reimburse. I have written to these assholes and they have cancelled my 'subscription' but have not reimbursed the £34.99. I am raising the matter with Trading Standards as a matter of urgency but other than that what can be done to stop such people praying on the innocent?

Scammed me out of £35 quid due to apparently selecting their pop up whilst trying to buy something else, pure scam

SCAM!!! I took a chance and paid £9.99 for a product which after I paid sent me to yogaplayer. It was a trick question about signing up but I could tell it was a scam by the bold red writing and style so I did not click the subscribe button and just closed the page down. They have been trying to take £39.47 from my account since! I got the bank to block them but they still try. Absolutely disgusting that they can do this without my consent!

It's a scam. I have had £9.95 come out of my account and a further £39.47 pending to come out of my account. I have tried to source an email address to cancel the order, but one doesn't exist. Awful! They made me do a survey too. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER!

This scam company advertise as a B&Q giveaway a pallet of compost free to over 50s. They charge 10 pounds i fell for it and then they take 40 pounds a week later as a subscription. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. THE SCAMMERS ARE PRAYING ON THE OLD..
