I needed some troubleshooting assistance with me account. Gaurav was prompt and responsive, and resolved my issue quickly. I also feel confident that should I need assistance with my account in the future, I will receive the support I need in a timely manner.

I’ve been taking classes on and off since 2019/2020, the curriculum is in-depth and pretty easy to follow and their customer service is always helpful. Sometimes it does take a few days to get issues resolved but I haven’t had an issue with them getting stuff corrected. Legit just had an issue corrected in 20 minutes via their live chat.
