If it ever gets a little too hot, that’s completely on me for setting the voltage higher than I intended—not a flaw with the device. Every product I’ve tried so far I’ve loved. From the cartridge battery, pocket, hot knife and LOVE the Pillar!

The color is really pretty, and the quality is pretty good. I will say sometimes it seems like the magnet doesen't get a good connection and it doesent pre-heat correctly. But tbh you just gotta hold it still and it works fine. :p
