I had a terrible experience with this platform. Don't try to invest with them, they are money and time wasters. My inability to withdraw has been so alarming that I have to write to their support, but unfortunately they restricted my account when my complains are much. Tho St am’ p Life is the best alternative, they are prompt to pay and their services are superb

I initiated an investment on Sept 5 and as of today (Sept 15), that investment still hasn't shown up nor been confirmed on Yieldstreet even though the money was withdrawn from my bank account over 4 days ago. There isn't clarity on the exact timelines and creates uncertainty on whether the transaction will go through or where the funds are.

Stay away. They make poor investment decisions.

I'm concerned about the delay in receiving my withdrawal. I submitted the request two weeks ago, and I haven't received any response from support. I have moved on to equitypathway and everything is running smoothly. They offer instant withdrawal, and their support team is consistently available to assist.

I would also agree with what I have seen on here about Yieldstreet claiming that a fund is performing when it is not. In the prism fund, it will pay the dividends but then loses NAV. To the best of my ability to tell, I invested $20k and made $1.5k in 3 years factoring both NAV and dividends. Sometimes that happens and that’s okay but you can’t say that this fund is performing as expected, which is supposed to be 8% net annually. That’s not acceptable nor honest. Be honest and own your full results not what you select to report. Fortunately, in this past year, I have been able to get about 75% out but it is a slow process. I am not impressed with the performance, liquidity and transparency though and will eventually take my money elsewhere. Illiquid investments are okay to invest in but they should be higher performing than their liquid counterparts and have impeccable transparency, and this is not the case. It feels more like gambling than investing.

Had a structured note investment that lost about 15%. So be it. Sometimes investments don't work out. However,Yieldstreet showed throughout the term (and after the end of the term) that the investment is "Performing". Makes we wary of believing all their statistics of how consistently successful their offerings have been. Finally, my account continues to show my initial investment PLUS the amount returned, thereby overstating the balance by $20k. So they aren't honest about performance or accurate in their reporting.
