I believe this review may not pertain to our business. At YG Collection, we have not used AI images for our products, and we take pride in ensuring every order is fulfilled and delivered. I’ve personally looked into our records under this name but haven’t been able to locate any order. We’ve never taken 6 months to ship, and in situations where a package is lost or delayed, our customer service team will even contact the carrier directly on behalf of our customers. If an item ever arrives damaged, we always send a replacement. We’ve requested further details such as your order number but haven’t received a response.
