Hi Virginia, I hope you are well. So sorry to hear that you didn't satisfy with our dolls' size. I just checked your order and found that the doll you purchase is our 12-inch reborn doll. You can find the dolls' details on each product page, including the size details. Our customers can choose the different size dolls according to their children's age. If you want to have a larger size doll, I recommend our 20-inch doll, which will be much larger than the 12-inch doll you purchased.

Dear Customer, thanks for choosing Yesteriadoll. So sorry to hear that our dolls didn't satisfy you. The doll you purchased is our new product. The hair of the doll is made of mohair and imitates the hair of a real baby, you can wet the baby's hair with water, and then gently comb the baby's hair, it will improve and look more supple. We also provide you with other solutions by email, please check whether you receive it or not.

One doll was not the doll I ordered
I ordered your dolls because a friend had shown me the one for her daughter. When I received my order one doll was not what I had ordered. I tried to call a number of times and the call was disconnected each time. I tried the support email and it would not go thru. I also tried to get back into my account and was told I did not have an account.

It's STILL The Wrong Doll (2nd Review)
This is my 2nd review for Yesteria. My 1st review was " "Yall Sent Me The Wrong Doll". Within minutes of the review there was an purchase email withe the correct doll on the way. My daughter and I were over the moon to hear this news....she was gonna get the sweet baby she had asked for. Oct 4th finally got here and we got our package....opened it....and sadly it was the WRONG doll, again. Like the first wrong doll, this one was not even close. I can't understand why this company would do this AGAIN to my daughter. Now we have two wrong dolls that cannot be put in a box and returned(if you read my first post you will understand why) Anyway, last time I gave you one star, because you sent a package, this time 2 starts, you sent the package and you tried to make it right. I just don't understand how after two orders It's Still The Wrong Doll.
