Extremely Concerning Experience — Proceed With Caution I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with YES Leasing exercise extreme caution. My experience with this company has been deeply frustrating and concerning, particularly regarding the handling of credit reporting disputes. I have repeatedly disputed credit information reported under my name because I do not recognize the alleged obligation or have any direct business relationship with this company. The disputed information was previously removed from my TransUnion credit report, only to reappear later. What concerns me most is the company’s response. After insisting that its reporting was accurate, a representative offered to ask management about deleting the information. This raised serious questions for me about how these disputes are being handled. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly, I have not received the documentation or satisfactory explanation I requested. Credit reporting is a serious matter. It can affect people’s financial opportunities, and consumers should reasonably expect transparency, accuracy, and accountability from companies involved in that process. Based on my personal experience, I would not trust this company with my financial information or recommend its services to anyone. Before entering into any agreement with YES Leasing, I strongly encourage you to carefully review the terms, understand their credit reporting practices, and consider whether you are comfortable with how disputes may be handled. I wish I had never had to deal with this company.
