Quick and Easy, The process was pretty simple, as long as you fill out the checklist they provide I have no complaints. The container arrived much, MUCH faster than I expected. It was here in around 5-7 business days. I would buy from them again.

Great communication daily but took more than 1 week to receive the inspection done and received the certificate for exportation.

Salesman said it was a local company - it was 4 hours away, not the 30 min he indicated. Delivery instructions promised from salesman were not communicated and later not agreed to by the delivery driver. Driver threaten to just leave the container in the middle of a public road before even seeing the delivery site. I would not recommend at all.

Hi Barry, First, thank you for being so detailed — even when feedback is tough to read, this is exactly the kind that helps us get better, and we appreciate you taking the time. We're genuinely sorry the delivery didn't go the way it should have. Getting you a great container at a fair price is only half the job; the experience of receiving it matters just as much, and on that front we clearly let you down. The expectations set up front and the coordination on delivery day should have been smoother, and that's on us to own and improve. We've taken your notes to heart and we're tightening how we hand off delivery details so the next customer doesn't run into the same thing. Someone will reach out to you so we can discuss further this matter. Thank you again, Barry. We want every customer to feel looked after from the first call to the moment the container is set down. - YES Containers Team

I reached out to Andrew after doing online searching for a company that could get me the container I needed. I was a little nervous because yes containers has only been in business for two years and I could only find four reviews for them. After talking with Andrew back-and-forth a few times I decided to take a chance on it and everything worked out well. Delivery was pretty quick, communication with the logistics department was OK, communication with the driver was even better. He was properly equipped to make the delivery. Everything went smooth. I was happy with the single trip container that I purchased and will be getting a second one in the next few months.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us Oscar — we truly appreciate your trust, especially given your initial concerns. We understand that choosing a newer company can feel like a risk, so it means a lot that you gave us the opportunity to assist you. We're glad to hear that Andrew was able to support you throughout the process and that your delivery went smoothly from logistics coordination to the final drop-off. Your feedback on communication is very valuable to us, and we’re continuously working to improve every step of the customer experience. We’re especially happy to hear you’re satisfied with your one-trip container, and we look forward to assisting you again when you’re ready for your second unit. Thanks again for your support—we’re here anytime you need us! — YES Containers Team
