Great likeness overall, misleading extra costs
The doll itself is quite good with likeness and I am generally very happy with it. Communication was pretty difficult as I was having to repeat the same request several times which caused significant delay. In the end I agreed just to have it here for Christmas and painted on some details myself at home. The head isn't centred which I mentioned before it got sent out and so rests on a tilted side. I purchased this from Groupon where it states larger items such as a guitar are subject to fee, but on the site I had to pay £10 for glasses which are essentially just painted on so that was a huge disappointment at that cost. Also delivery was mentioned as being £9.99 for a single custom, however on site this jumps up to around £25ish.
