Dear Valued Yellow Jacket Customer: Recently, you received a general Customer Service Survey from a third-party vendor, who at our instruction contacted you because you had visited our website or emailed us in the past about the Yellow Jacket Smartphone Stun Gun Case. Sometimes, the phone manufacturers themselves make proprietary changes during their own production runs when they identify “flaws,” in their phone models that forces us to adjust our engineering…resulting in us repeating our production process from the beginning.
