Taken in completely by this fake "shop" I ordered a pair of boots in early September...the money was whisked immediately out of my credit card and no sign since of merchandise. Also, any attempt to write to the "service support" is ignored.

Scam! I've made an order, nothing was received although marked "delivered" on their website. I have tried to communicate with their customer service people with no response, no way to track order. Scam alert!

I’ve ordered 2 significant items, shoes and jacket for my daughters birthday on 10/19/18. Immediate withdrawal from account and confirmation email sent. Since then, no shipping details, no custome service phone reply, no anything. I did see it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks, but some feedback would relieve of this anxiety I feel in the pit of my stomach. Is it a scam?

I place an order Sep 17. My credit card was charged immediately. I've never gotten a shipping date. My first two emails were never replied to. My 3rd was not even delivered. I reported to facebook and I no longer see their ad. Hopefully no one else will be scammed.

Would give no stars, but that option not there. Bad company, lie, remove negative post's, hard to communicate with, takes forever to get an email reply.

Placed order in mid-September. Received an order confirmation, but to date have NOT received my order. Have emailed their customer service address and have gotten no response. Emailed again today and I received an email back that the sending address was not valid. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and FTC websites. Will also contact Facebook regarding this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just ordered from this company but after reading all of these reviews, I would like to remind folks that the company states delivery to the US is 25-40 days. You shouldn't rate them low if you never read the delivery guide and are expecting them to arrive before that time frame. I have ordered from the company who makes shoes that are advertised and it took well over a month but I love the shoes! I will update a review once I receive my order.
