Took 31/2 weeks for the product to arrive and then it was missing the control panel so. I’m still waiting for that! Ugh

Unfortunately, with materials low and the fact that Auxx Lift builds all their Lifts to order, (since a lot of orders are for Custom Sizes) the current lead time was about 3 weeks, and you should have been notified of that. So that is our fault, and we do want to apologize for that. However, we have begun to narrow that window as we get past the high season for Orders of this product. But once again we apologize for the experience you received. If you do decide to shop with us again in the future, just reach out to us and we will provide you with a Discount of some sort. And we hope you do enjoy the Lift now that you have it!
