Great experience

YAMM is a great product. I rarely have a need to reach out to customer support, yet needed some help deactivating after an employee resigned. I received an immediate response with a solution (they quickly cancelled the auto-renew on this employees account). Very pleased with the software add-on and the support they provide their clients.

Very helpful experience with YAMM as I had to cancel my subscription just after the payment went through. Their customer service was speedy and pleasant. They fully refunded me. Five stars!

The representatives were very responsive and kind, I received prompt answers to my questions that enabled quick solution to my business problem.

Last year I signed up for YAMM. My team used it to send out personalized emails and it worked great! However, this year I was automatically charged the annual price again. The email address that I had used was deleted because I was only working on a short term contract. I reached out to YAMM for support and a refund. I wasn't sure if I would receive a reply, but they responded right away and corrected the issue. Super helpful and wonderful customer service!!
