The only thing that I _don't_ think is awesome about this service is the name! 😁 Joking apart, the merge facilities, ease of use, reliability of tracking, flexibility and overall value for money are top-notch.

The solution is great. The service and support are outstanding. The response I had to an issue was prompt and a solution was given that worked the first time. (It was a Google issue). Then they followed up to make sure I was up and running.

I opened a ticket with Carlos (Yet Another Mail Merge). I couldn't get my notifications to work successfully with Google Forms and Spreadsheet; after having done it correctly for 7 months. I figured I had forgotten something. Carlos was very helpful in telling me the sequence of steps to make it work and directed me to an article which helped tremendously. I am back in business with the easiest and most successful Mail Merge I have ever used. It is a huge timesaver!

YAMM has been a great service to use. Until recently, it was awkward to pay for and manage the account but they've rectified this issue recently. And the support I received was just stupendous. Highly recommend.
