Exemplary support and in time - I have been a user of YAMM for more than 3 years and was faced with a particular issue today, which got resolved almost instantaneously when I got in touch with support - great work! Thank you!

Have been using YAMM for many years. Never had an issue. Recently made the mistake of having an email in cc of the draft being sent and also in the cc column of the Google sheet with all the data. Didn’t realize I had done that. YAMM kept giving me an error that my emails were not valid. Sent a help request. To my surprise they responded in an hour. They asked me for the file and checked my data. Confirmed it was clean and calid. They asked for screen shots of my experience leading to error message. This led to discovery of the duplicate email in cc and cc column. All this took place over the course of a few emails. Problem solved. YAMM team was fast and fabulous!

YAMM is an excellent app that we were using with our regular Gmail account. The YAMM was really helpful transferring our account to a business email.

YAMM, and the customer service, is awesome. I'm not a tech person and YAMM is super easy to use. The FAQ's are easy to understand and when I do communicate with a person they are friendly and helpful. I don't feel as if they are "talking down" to me because I'm not well-versed in technology. Being able to track results and respond to customers that report "we didn't receive the info" with the date and time the email was opened is fantastic.
