I received a response very quickly with clear instructions on how to fix my problem. I do hope that YAMM can figure out how to include that issue in the form of an error message, or at least include more about it on their help page.

HUGE FAN of YAMM, have been using for years! Best mailmerge tool out there. This tool has been pivotal in the operations of my business. It's very user-friendly, so everyone from the most advanced technical users to those who are less comfortable with technology have been able to use the tool with ease. This is important as team members often have variable levels of degree of technical know-how. I really love the ability to see the status of the sent emails, whether they've been opened or even clicked.

The support staff replied very swiftly to my mail (despite me not being a client yet) and answered my question very easily and without feeling like was being belittled. They told me that the question I had, is something that they are working on and unfortunately cannot currently give me a date for the fix. This is the type of honesty that I personally appreciate from a company, they aren't trying to sell me an idea, they're stating it like it is.
