Love the tool. We accidentally auto renewed an account for someone who had left the business. I asked the support team about it and they sorted the issue within minutes!

I purchsed a YAMM subscription for mail merging emails for a one time project for my organization last year. The product is easy to use and the instructions are very clear. The response is very fast. I did not realize that the purchase automatically sets up for auto-renew. We do not need the service at present. When I saw the auto-renew charge, I contacted YAMM and asked for a refund. No Problem! Refund sent. Actual emails written by real people, with very fast responses. If we ever need to use mail merge for emails again, I will definitely resubscribe to this product.
