Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM)Reviews of yamm.com

I use YAMM all the time for sending out bi-weekly newsletters, updates, and check-ins. As an email tool is is very useful and precise. Recently I contacted the help desk with an issue I having getting bold and hyper-linked text to send formatted in an email while using a YAMM spreadsheet. They were very patient with me. The process took a few days to sort out but I learned that in order to send formatted text the entire cell would need to follow that format. I tried that with bold font and it sent as underlined font in the email. I'll probably keep troubleshooting or just give up on having a seemless format. I do still feel like the help desk helped me take a step in the right direction.

Great response time and relevant advice received

Very easy interface and seamless application. Support staff was quick to respond when I needed help.

Very helpful customer service. And a cool tool/service for the money

Very responsive. However, initial inquiry response lacked any details about why something could not be done. I'm not interested in why something can't be done, I'm interested what can be done to resolve the issue. Don't just say 'it cant ...' say, 'it can't because ....', and then suggest alternative. Subsequent resaponse very good.

Great Add-On. Very useful to masive communications for our school community. Would be great to see the scheduled emailing improve (more than one programmed sending and more reliability).

YAMM is a good service for BDR, MDR, SDR, and other sales folks that need to send messages to a large number of addresses. That being said, it was actually banned at the last company I used it at because some folks send too many messages to the wrong people that caused some pretty serious backlash. I don't think it had anything to do with YAMM, it's just tough when a few "bad apples" can quickly disrupt the usage of a good tool. Good luck to everyone out there using YAMM, just remember to double check your lead lists!!!

We had an account charge we could track down the email is was associated with. It was a tricky situation to sort out, but with persistence the YAMM team was able to help us resolve the issue and found that there had been a spelling error in the registered domain name. All staff were friendly and thoughtful in their communication. Thanks for your support!
