I've been using the company's email subscription service, and it has perfectly met my work needs. This inexpensive mail-merge tool is a champion! For a very nominal charge, it sends out emails to your list, in batches of 25 or 400 depending on whether you pay the upgrade fee. Does require Google Sheets as the source and a Gmail account (because it is a plugin). I have only had to call customer service one time and they looked into the problem and came up with a good resolution within hours.
