As over fifty percent of recent Google reviews state, the front desk staff and managers are verbally abusive on the phone. The prices are astronomical for mediocre care. I feel it is a very dangerous office and experienced extreme elder abuse when I POLITELY asked about charges. I have been yelled at, screamed at, hung up on for what reason? Why are so many posting exactly the same. Please consider going to a safe office, this is a nightmare office.

One star is generous! This is a poor excuse for a vet! Very uncompassionate! Put our 8 year old cat on med for hyperthyroidism! 10 days ago she quit eating. Upon contacting them they told us to come in. When we arrived they took her from us and disappeared for almost TWO hours! They never updated us on her condition etc! We asked for vet who saw her at annual exam and diagnosed the hyperthyroidism. We were told she was "unavailable!" A Dr Molly had us go in a room. She had 0 bed sidemanner! Very cold and unfeeling! Blurted out she suspected liver cancer! Labs were done and she received antinausea med. She came out and told us IN WAITING ROOM cat had a heart murmur. She then said she "thought" she had heart failure. Again no bed side manner! We questioned med side effects uti and her teeth We were quickly dismissed! We had to call for results. She told us her t4 and liver enzymes were down . However her creatinine was elevated. She suggested iv fluids and an ultrasound. We came in Fri and again they took the cat from us. We were told reg dr was "out of building "At least a half hour after she came into room and told us heart test was "abnormal " She said fluids could cause chf! Did we want to risk it? Kept strong arming us to admit her when no one would be there overnite! I had explained I was a nurse previously She then said " you can't comprehend as you don't have the background!" She finally agreed to not administer the thyroid med. She said her breath had a sent indicating renal failure. "We're running out of time!" To have us agree to admit her/begin fluids! They had no diagnosis of what was going on! "She's complicated" We were sent home with appetite stimulant and anti acid med. They came in constantly with invoices and prices even emailing them to us! When they should be looking out for your pet! The cat was still not eating! We took her tonite to an emergency vet. Looking at the labs we were told she was in renal failure. She had a sore under her tongue And was very thin. Yalesville claimed they checked her mouth! There was nothing they could do. Iv fluids would not correct the problem. It would just overload her system! We had to have her euthanized! The vets at the emergency clinic went above and beyond! Yalesville could stand to learn compassion among other things from them! We should have been told all this over a week ago instead of allowing our baby to suffer for over a week! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! All they are concerned about is money!
