I ordered (and paid for) a head band that I never received. I contacted customer service and never heard back from anyone from Yacanna.

I bought a tiara online from this company for my wedding. I am in the UK, when my order arrived it was a different tiara they had sent me. When I checked online the tiara i had ordered was showing out of stock! I have contacted them numerous times by email and messenger to get a refund and to return the item but I have had no response at all. Very poor and disappointing service and customer experience. I am having to go down a different route to try and claim the funds. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

I ordered 55 frames for a shower 2 weeks before a shower. 4 days before the event I called and emailed. I received an email back stating the item was on back order. I frantically called and they said they sent an email, which they did not. They promised that they were shipping them that day and that I would receive a tracking order. i didn't get that confirmation. They promised I would receive them by Saturday but without the tracking number I have no idea if they are coming. I called today and the number is disconnected. Is this business a scam???Luckily I paid with PayPal and there is no payment until they arrive.

I ordered photo frame for sand ceremony. It was shipped with UPS. So I paid $42 extra payment that I wasn't notified by Yacanna. But! Frame came with damage. And it was packed with damage! So Yacanna send another one but I have to paid again $42 extra taxes for shipping. If I knew about this extra payments for the $50 frame I will never made an order here. So becouse of additinal extra payments for the second frame I didn't recieve it in time. With cost for delivering I paid about $170 for $50 frame but didn't recieve proper product. I would never reccommend this company.
