Never works when you need it. App turns off when you turn off bluetooth, restart phone, and sometimes mysteriously. It's hard to remember to reset it. It's a failure until it's can stay on all the time. Wasted $75 on these chunks of plastic. Note to company: your customer service has tried to help. But each time there was no resolution. Only relief now would be a refund. Only trouble most were gifts before I realized they are duds, so i can't return them.

I received my XY and the battery was dead. I contacted the company to receive a new battery and never received a message back. Never even got to use the product

Never could get them to work. Just never could understand why they wouldn't work. You guys have emailed me about this saying I need to update my review. Got product, product don’t work, reached out, but never got the response needed to ever resolve my issue.
