XY Find ItReviews of xyfindit.com

does not work unless your keys are 5 m away. Then intermittently. As for my dog, the tag is too big for a small dog. Noticed a lot of reviews were reported, probably the negative ones! Purchasing experience was fine.

Firstly, the delivery time on this product was excessive, I contacted the company and had the standard unhelpful email I recontacted them and eventually I was informed there were delays in delivery but I would receive the product. Upon delivery of the 8 I had purchased I eagerly set out to see if they matched the product’s sales blurb Unfortunately. I found the following 1/ the range is at best a matter of a few feet 2/ the advertising showing cars being tracked is totally misleading 3/. I have made representation to XYfindit without success although they DO admit the range is limited I would not recommend this product at all and certainly XYFINDIT should rethink the veracity of their advertising I can only conclude that the previous reviews have been made by associates of XYFindit because frankly the product does not do what it is advertised to do

Waste of money Don't track only if you within 100 foot away from it The service is poor as they refuse to reply to you and refuse to a refund Please don't waste your money

I bought a 6 pack of these tags over two years ago and have been frustrated with their short battery life. I let them sit for about a year and decided to use them again so I went out and spent $20 on new batteries and installed them in each tag. I then deleted all the tags in my account and went to my phone to add them again. I got to the page where it said to push the button on the tag until you hear a beep and it will appear on your phone. The phone's app doesn't see it and you can't click next to complete the install. I tried this on all six tags to no avail even though blue tooth and location services were on on the phone as directed. I was stuck. I contacted customer service, last week, on line and received no response.

If you bought, you wasted your money. Will not work unless you give all your data and pay yearly fee. Beware, will not refund money.

I read the ad from a web promo link, it says its a good GPS tracker, so I follow the link place order of 2 pack of XY4+( who knows this is not a GPS tracker), when I receive them ,I found they are only a Bluetooth tracker, I email the company, they auto reply to tell me to wait -- until today - 2 months passed no one contact me, so I bet those guys are thief just wants your money.

It’s a shame you have to tap a star to write a review because this product deserves none. The previous recent reviews say it all. The app can’t find a fob even in the same room. It just doesn’t work and is worse than useless. Within 24 hours I consigned the whole lot to the bin - where one is still bleeping for no apparent reason. If this review stops one person buying this load of crap then that, at least, will have been worth the effort. 17/02/2019: Since posting this the company has contacted me to offer a full refund on withdrawal of my review.

Rubbish!!!! Does not work at all! Waste of money!!! Buyer or service experience is not important because you get a product what doesn't work, even 3 mtr away!!!!
